Grilled Artichokes with Garlic Aioli Sauce ir nicely with Sauvignon Blanc. Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish with grilled fish or chicken. Bon Appetite!
Whisk together minced garlic, egg yolk and water. Mix well. Slowly add the oil into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly. As the egg yolk absorbs the oil, the sauce will thicken and lighten in color. Continue to add oil a little faster, whisking constantly until all the oil is absorbed into the mixture. Whisk in Lemon Juice. Taste and add salt and more garlic as desired. Top with Chopped Parsley. Recipe by Sandy Taylor Carlson
