Baked Rosemary Sweet Potatoe Fries

This recipe can be made with Sweet Potatoes or a mixture of Sweet Potatoes and Yukon Gold Potatoes. Enjoy with our Bacon Blue Cheese Burgers and our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon.

4 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick (or 2 Sweet Potatoes and 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix potatoes and olive oil. Add rosemary and salt. Place mixture on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
